SiS Driver problems and Graphics Card Problems

Ever since I updated my SiS650 chipset every time I start up windows I get this exact message on a black screen.

I've tried going into setup and it just puts me at my BIOS settings screen. No details given.

Also ever since I installed my Radeon 9500 Pro I've experienced lag in 3D games. I've been on the phone with Sony and ATI constantly for the past few days trying to find out what's wrong.
Does anyone know what this problem is, and is it at all related to my problems in games?

You might just try setting the BIOS back to the defaults so you can at least boot.

No, I can still hit F1 and boot it up. BIOS settings are at default right now

Have you checked the "Power Setup" menu to see if maybe a fan isn't working or maybe a voltage is too high/low?

So did you go into the Hardware Monitoring screen in BIOS, as the message demands? No? Well do that first then.

SADLY TO SAY, IF YOUR STILL HAVING PROBLEMS AS I HAVE BEEN SINCE I BOUGHT MY MACHINE.... THE PROBLEM IS ACTUALLY WITH YOUR SIS650 CHIP SET AND NOT YOUR BIOS, SO MUCH.... THE REVIEWS OF THE 650 CHIPSET IN REGARDS TO THE PENT 4 IS THIS: "THE INTEGRATED PGRAPHIS PROCESSOR OF THE SIS650 DOESNT BRING ANY BENEFIT OR SUIT THE PENTIUM 4, HOWEVER, IF YOU DONT NEED HIGH-QUALITY AND FAST 3D THIS SOLUTION IS RATIONAL" BY DMITRY mAYOROV AND SERGEI pIKALOV OF DIGIT-LIFE.COM REVIEWARS OF MOTHERBOARDS AND SIS650 SHIPSETS.

MY SOLUTION IS GOING TO BE TO BUY A NEW MOTHERBOARD AND JUST CHANGE IT COMPLETELY... SINCE I REQUIRE HIGH GRAPHICS OUTPUT....
