Kids PSU "trigger" wire?

i am trying to use an old PSU to power a 12V CD player in my room.

i know that yellow = 12V and black = ground.
but i'm having trouble when it comes to triggering the PSU to turn on.

usually i take it the motherboard tells it when to turn on when you turn on the comp. i checked up a dodgy diagram of the pin-outs of the motherboard plug and it has a wire called "PSU on" and there was another one "PSU okay" or something like that..

how would i go about getting the PSU to turn on??
do i just need to bridge two of the wires ("PSU on" and another one) together? coz i could just make a small switch..

any ideas?
thanks!
