Outdoors Enter the Matrix Blues

I've just got my hands on Enter the matrix game. But to my disappointment I could't get it installed as it displayed the following error messagelook at the attached doc fille)

Please help me have some fun too by playing this great game.

Well I've Win98. My specs are Athlon XP1700+, geforce2, 384MB DDR SDRAM. I hope thats enough.

Are you running a firewall? if you are you may want to disable it.

Well yeh ya kinda right... a standard win95 doesn't have the blend effect on the title bar, but i think with some hacks ya could get it.

win98 does have the blend standard tho.

Well, I closed every single thing running in the background(like mouse driver, system monitor, etc.) but not the essential ones(like Rundll, explorer).
And my specs are Athlon XP 1700+, Asus A7N266VM, geforce 2, 384MB DDR. I've Win98.
Moreover, thanks for your replies.

Your specs aren't the problem, it should work fine, something else is obviously the culprit
