Photoshop this picture

Could someone please remove the background to this picture?

a) Must retain origional quality.

b) have some fun too, photoshop it! I just need the regular one without the background, and if possible the screw pinching device on her back.

White background PLEASE!

Martoch, here's a tip. When you think you've got the mask outlined perfectly, then do this:

- feather selection by 0.5 (or abouts)

- invert selection

- hit delete (up to 4 or 5 times if necessary)

What this does is it's fades the empty area outside of the selection softly into the edge of the mask. The key is the very low feather amount. If you use a higher feather value then it'll look too soft and blurry.
