Problem with Access Database...

updated a few things saved the database the closed it,

now when i try to open it, it says "Unreconized Database Format "Z:\Database\Database.mdb"


how can i fix this?
it is about 6meg big

Sounds slightly corrupted

In Access there is a repair option (make a copy just in case first)

I think on the Tools menu there is an option for Repair (open Access seperately, not by opening the database )

the one in Tools > Database Utilities > Compact and Repair Database ?

tried that, just comes up with same message.
