Add features to word-97

In my word-97 envelopes and labels there is no address book to access stored accounts. Can someone help me activate this option?

I don't have 97 on this computer or I'd take a look at it. You should be able to use the Outlook address book with Word 97 though. Have you tried that?

That is what I would expect. Every other PC I can check has the address book available in the print Envelopes & Labels option but this one. It seems like there is a check box somewhere.
