A work colleague of mine has just got an ADSL line at home from BBeyond (a Holland ISP). He's on the Economy package, but it's still a standard ADSL line - it's just not business-class.
He's using a Copperjet 820 modem/router made by Allied Data Technologies, and he's trying to configure it so that it just works.
BBeyond only support routers in a bridged configuration, which means that he can only run one machine off the ADSL line (without putting two NICs inside that one machine, of course). BBeyond are refusing to help him configure it as a router instead of a bridge, so i've come here for help.
Does anyone know anything about this, or can anyone help at all??
Any suggestions are welcome and greatly appreciated
thanks in advance
