USB or firewire videocard...

I can a cross the idea that is some cases It might be useful If some uSB or firewire connective Videocard.. that can posabley be used for notebook pcs or a second Videocard. I'm like to hear want others have to say on this.

Umm I don't think the bandwidth of Firewire or USB is anywhere near great enough for a decent video card
I could be wrong on the stats but seems quite low...
It might be ok for 256 color at 800x600 for office apps, but the bandwidth would be quite low as opposed to a PCI or AGP slot.
