Installing a new OS on a HP XW6000

I just got this new workstation and it is preinstalled with XP. I want to put Server 2k on it but when trying to install, it doesn't recognize any hard drives. I believe this is a SCSI drive. How can I bypass this?

You will have to get a driver for the SCSI controller and hit F6 when the setup says to at the bottom of the blue screens in the beginning.
