Kids LCD Panel Display Problem

Running into display problems when running video or games or even viewing pictures. A very thin greenish-blue line appears vertically in the same spot on my LCD panel. Sometimes it corrects itself when I jump from screen to screen, but it always seems to reappear consistently in the same place. I'm running an hp pavilion F70 LCD panel with w/ Radeon 9700 PRO and with a DVI cable. All of my drivers are up-to-date. Any ideas? thanks...

try to swith your video card out with a known good one....you need to try and eliminate the known good hardware. The last thing to look at after making sure all your cables are connected properly would be your LCD Display itself. If it does come down to that then I hope you got a warranty on it.

Try a different screen resolution setting.
