Faulty A+ exam software?

Hi,
A class of twelve of us took the A+ exam this morning and only ONE of us passed.
I passed the Hardware but failed the OS exam. I had a lot of questions on Windows NT and Networking niether of which we had done a great deal on. But it is the exam software that has concerned us.
In the printout we received after the exam it said that I had MISSED several questions (one or more in the following areas... is the exact wording) I did not miss ANY questions. We all got this statement on our readout but none of us missed any questions.
Furthermore there was a survey after the exam, before you got the result, which ased PERSONAL questions. I did not object to this in the least, it was just 'how old are you?' How long have you been using computers?' etc. etc. However one was not easy to answer because none of it applied to me so I just left it. Imagine my surprise when the software announced 'You have not answered one of the questions, if you do not answer it, it will be marked as 'incorrect'. I thought maybe I'd better answer it but that 'threat' has left me a little puzzled.
Also we were told at the beginning that we could 'Review' out answers and there were a few I wanted to go back to, but, when I pressed the Review button I was only allowed to go back and alter the personal questions - I could not get to the exam questions.
What I want to know is: Is this software set up correctly?
This question needs answering.
Please, if you are sitting the exam soon, look out for these discrepencies and report them if they also happen to you.

Yup if you had read the instructions carefully prior to answering the survey, you would have known it said that the format of the survey is like the exam, but its not related to or corresponds to the exam at all, so even if you got one of the survey questions "incorrect" it would not matter to your final grade.

Not sure where you took your class, but I self studied for a week and a half and passed easily with the big help of 2 books by Mike Meyers, I'd be kinda suspicious what the school/class/instructor really knows about the exam if only 1 of you passed.

Good Luck on your next try. May the force be with you
