Convert NTFS to Fat32

My boss just bought a Vaio desktop. It has 2 main parts, they both were/are NTFS. I reistalled Win XP and could change the C to fat 32, but I want to change D to fat 32 as it is currently on NTFS. How can I do this without usinmg something like Part magic.

Or,, should I? The reason for this is so I can share files back and forth from other machines (all running win 98SE)..

If I'm reading this right, you want to go share from seperate machines?

If its completely seperate machines stick with NTFS!!

The only time you need to run FAT32 on a box with 2k/XP on it is if you need to share files with Win98/ME on the SAME box. ie. dual booting his laptop into win98

If they're all seperate machines you're good to go already
