Send a message via ICQ to Creatures
drive fast to the parade then wait till the tank is at the dounut (or however you write this) shop and the driver will get out of the tank and you can steal it

Yeah....The last two missions I attempted were........difficult.
I did pass the "gang war" mission. Now going to attempt the "boat race" mission after werk. (yes...I know I spelled that wrong!)
