hosing for water cooling

Does anyone know where I could find some self-sealing quick connectors, like those uses on Corsair's Hydrocool external watercooling system? I'm going to build myself an external box...and I'd like to have some to avoid leaks

I found these ...but I don't think they'll work very well as the one side doesn't seem to close itself off.

I'm thinking brass couplers will do the job, a lot cheaper...but I want something I'm sure a tube won't slip out of enough to cause a leak
