r/click on the file & select Properties>Security and you'll have listed permission for that file!
When I right click on the files (or file) and select properties, there is no security tab. All I can see are "General" "Sharing" And "Customize". None of these have any security or permission dialogs. Am I missing something?
Damn. I've looked through all those other threads - I've tried everything they've mentioned. I've tried deleting from the command prompt. I've tried deleting from a Safe mode command prompt. I've tried rebooting. I've tried altering the attributes to remove the read-only setting. But none of these processes work because access is denied for any of these operations, even in safe mode! O.o It's really starting to weird me out...
