Please HELP...computer problem....

I have:
Intel Celleron 1800 Mhz with cooler
Mainboard microATX (chipset SIS 650GX), AGP4x,3xPCI,1xCNR,4xUSB,ATA100,LAN10/100
256 Mb's of Ram, HDD 40 Gb Seagate
DVD rom 16x, CD RV LG 24x10x40x, Avance 97audio,
17'' Fujitsu Siemens Monitor, Smartlink Modem,
Windows XP Home with all Critical Updates,
ATI Radeon 9000 (128Mb Ram)!

Problem:
When I try to install for example Unreal2 The avakening, my computer restarts, when I try to play Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2, an error appears that the game is trying to read or write from an virtual adres whitch doesn't have the apropriate access or something about integer....this 3 problem appear in almoust every new game i try to install/play! Please help, i tryed everything but no help, you are my last hope....please........blood!

What size PSU do you have? It sounds like that could be a possiblility

ya sounds like everytime your video card starts pulling it overloads the power supply maybe . are all your drivers up to date ? meaing the chipset and video drivers .

What is a PSU (sorry, could you be more specific?)
And I have the latest drivers, Catalist 3.14....
I really don't know what to do, please HHEEELLLPPPP!

PSU = power supply unit. Might even be a rating on the back so you can see it. Should read 300W or something. What is the rating?

No. I didn't Overcloack anything...i really don't know what the problem is......why does my computer restarts when i try to install or play any new game, every old game works werry well!
I have all upgrades, DirectX9, everything is supported.....
Come on, is there any1 who can help?

Could be a memory related problem or something to do with the swap file on the hard drive. Check the event logs and see if any errors are being recorded. If so, post the Event ID here.

it sounds to me like you power supply is at its limit . if it is a 250 w supply . look on the side of the power supply and it will have a list that will look something like this
+3.3v 30A
+5v 50A
+12V 25A

post that . to me it sounds like you just are running it at its limit with all the things you have in there .
