Capital Required for PC Repair Shop?

I want to start up a PC repair/sales shop, and I just want to know how much initial money I need to begin with. I already have an idea of what I need for a building and location, and already have that in mind. But as far as everything else goes... What do I need? Anything "hidden" that may suprise me when I need to tackle it?

Basically, I intend for this to be a shop that specializes in PC diagnosis, repair, as well as hardware and software (major titles only) sales.

Those who are in the field who could post their opinions would also be great!

Thank You,

R.P.

When I was a newbie and had my system taken into a shop, they would always let me know if they needed to wipe the hard drive or delete any significant files, before doing it - and then I would have to authorize it.

I would have thought that would have covered you... !?

Ummmm, about how big of a company / location. PC Sales, or just repair or a hybred? From a plan I'm doing for someone, and one i did for myself, you could get away with it as cheap as $5,000. But if you want to have stocked parts and systems your looking at $15 - 75,000.

Heres my reapair agreement:
