4X video card on an 8X mobo

Hey, yo. I've recently bought a new video card: Asus V8460 (G4 Ti 4600 AGP 4X) and I'm getting in a few weeks a new motherboard: Asus P4C800 Deluxe (AGP 8X). Will my video card work properly? By the way, does anyone know what "VGARDT" is? Since I installed it on my computer (mobo: Soyo AGP 2X) and it really screwed up everything.

your video card should work sweet on that mobo, im sure its backward compatible to 8x/4x

VGARDT is like chipset drivers for your video card or something, i remember installing them for my nvidia card ages ago.

The volts the mobo operates the vid card slot at. No worries, all the cards run at 1.5 and the mobo supports that.
