DELL 2350 CDRW Install Help

I can't figure out how to get the case out of the way to replace the CDROM with a CDRW on a friend's new desktop.. it's very similar to my old Compaq Presario as far as the case, but I can't get to the front screw on the drive rail.. how do I access it to swap out the CDROM for the CDRW?

Scroll down to "Replacing the Front Panel" and it's all there. Now I can get my DVD drive installed when I get home!
