Hmm ... interesting. The case is not terribly serious, but I am interested.
Here are the actual facts in the proverbial nutshell: "Sweetchick" is claiming that while on line, "YDude" is on line also and threatens to harm her. Witnesses who hang in these chatrooms have said the instant "Sweetchick" goes offline, "YDude" goes offline. In other words, "Sweetchick" and "YDude" are only seen on line together.
The police are saying "Sweetchick" has created "YDude" ... At some point in real life "Sweetchick" is attacked. "YDude" claims responsibility. "Sweetchick" reports the attack to the local police, and after an investigation she is charged with "falsely reporting a crime."
Can one person do this (what "Sweetchick" is accused of doing) with one AOL account and one computer?
