How to find univited programs leading to pop-ups, etc.?

I think believe surfing has allowed little sneaky "mini's" to encroach upon my hard drive .. how to seek and destroy/delete ?? The spam is multiplying like rabbits ..

You can use either SpyBot or Ad-Aware. They will search out and remove unwanted spyware and tracking cookies. Or you can do like I do and use both for extra security.

You have a couple of good choices to remove spyware.

Adaware is a good one that I've used for a while.

Spybot is another that many members here like. I've just started using it so I haven't formed a final opinion on it but it looks real good so far.

Both of these programs are at no cost to personal users.

Mike

edit: took me too long to find my links, eh Atomic Rooster?
