Youd be hard pressed to find a case that wouldnt fit this mobo!
It is a micro ATX board..it has some of the same holes as the standard size boards but it has a few more as well in "off" places.
You will most likely need some plastic "standoffs" and some extra brass extensions to fit your case...everything you need should come with mobo.

do you mean the new very small cases from shuttle and a couple others? These are basically about as big as a couple of stacked cd rom drives? If so, I don't think even a microATX board fits in those. I believe they are specially made motherboards that are smaller. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong..

do you already have the mobo? are you sure its flex atx and not mini itx ?? either way you can google it and if its mini itx plan to spend over $50 more likely 75-80 they are expensive lil buggers but flex atx cases are not that hard to find. and aren't going to be quite as expensive

not sure if that one will fit or not you will have to get dementions to see . plus think all those cube type systems already come with a motherboard installed in them , not sure if you can get one without the motherboard

I don't think the motherboard you have will fit in that case I know my micro atx board won't its just a little too big for the dimmensions as they are listed. My board is approx 8" x 9.5" or something like that it will be to wide. From what I've read your going to need a flex atx board for that case. I don't think they make any micro atx boards small enough to fit in there. Allthough as Omardeth stated you might not be able to get just the case.
