Hi, when I try to open word 2000, it tells me that winword has caused an error in user.exe. When this happens it freezes the system and you have to shut down then start up again. This is in windows me. No other program is effected by this and can be opened.
I had another computer do the user.exe loading error, but this was based on incorrect memory installed.
I hope someone has and answer for this.

Thanks
