USB 2.0 motherboard help

I need to find out if I can use my Belkin motherboard cable (part# F3U001) in my Biostar motherboard which uses usb 2.0

I happen to have this motherboard cable and I'm hoping it will work. I don't want to go buy yet another item (like a usb card)
