Can't logon as admin nor in any other local or global user

The topic pretty much tells the problem

cannot logon as local admin nor as a domain admin nor with the USER administrator local nor golbal

its saying cannot logon locally

what should i do?

Is this a Win2K server? Can you try logging on through Terminal Server, or is that not set up?

It's a w2k workstation

Is there ANY username that it will allow to log on?
