web page dictionaries

in my quest for an easy webpage dictionary i found www.voycabulary.com you put in a webpage and it places a link next to every word to the definition of that word.

honestly i think that is terrible, and not very easy to use or pleasant to use.

my idea is this, is there a toolbar somewhere you can add to IE so you just have to highlight the word and then like press a "dictionary" button and it will look it up for you? if there isnt, there should be
