Zip Drive
I am considering buying an Iomega Zip drive but I have 2 CD-ROM drives, 1 floppy drive and 2 hard drives. If I did buy a zip drive then where abouts would it plug into my motherboard?

You would have to buy a PCI IDE controler card. Most will support 4 more IDE drives.
Of course you would have to have a free PCI slot

Either that, go with a USB version. If you already have a SCSI card, get the SCSI version...

Yeah, what NDC said. You don't
have
to have an internal IDE zip drive.

If you get an external drive, make sure you go with a USB version. The old parallel port ones are sssllllllooooowwwwww.
