CD tray can't open

I formatted a blank TDK 650MB CD-RW using InCD software. the software said the formatting would enable me to use the CD as I would a floppy disk. sent two excel files onto the CD by right clicking. tried to remove the CD but the tray can't open. Has anyone had this problem and know the solution? this new formatting feature seems to be a recent update of the InCD software because it was not there upto last Sunday. using LITEON 32x12x40x CDRW hardware. thanks for your comments.

Did you get the drive out of the bay? If not you can try rebooting your PC. Or insert a paperclip in the tiny drive hole.

I presently use Roxio 6 Drag-to -Disc with my CD-RW's. It works great with my cd's. I haven't had any problems with my cd's so far.

You need to tell the software that you are done writing to the disk. It will then close the session, and release the tray. As long as the disk is mounted in an open session, the software will keep the tray locked.
