ZoneAlarm and ICS
By using the SEARCH feature (yes I did !!!) I found out how to allow ZA to work with ICS.
This particular ICS has some specific ports to redirect incoming traffic to a few machines on the LAN.
What would ZA do with them ?

ZA will block them unless it's told to redirect/forward those ports, just as Windows has to be.

I have been have nightmares for the last year using ZA Pro and Win98SE ICS. The client runs up 500 alerts on ZA then locks. The host works ok.
What did you do to fix?

I don't remember how to fix it...I only ran ZA for a few weeks because it sucks...then I went Sygate...then Norton...then said screw Windows and now I use Smoothwall.
