how to make a hard disk as a slave?

There's a jumper guide on the top of the drive...put the jumper to where that guide says it should go, and connect your drive to the ribbon cable connection near the middle.

Make sure the main drive jumper settings are at master though.

yup it is that simple . also make sure the master is on the end of the ribbon cable and the slave is on the connector in the middle . thats is if they are on the same ribbon cable .
