Uncle Bob is on a distinguished road
Win 2000 Pro Renaming

I collect a lot of jpeg wallpaper. Some images,although different,
may have the same number. Is there a way to rename enmass
rather than one at a time?? I would like to store the jpegs in one
folder and number them 1 thru what ever.

I've never personally tried the settings, but adobe photoshop 7 has batch proccessing under file --> automate. It allows you to select the source folder, desination folder, and file naming, thus i assume you could set it to not actualy modify the images in any way and rename them in a new folder. Sorry if this doesnt help, but maybe someone else can add more to it or correct me if im wrong
