USB help needed

I have the ecs k7s5a pro mobo and I'm having a hard time getting my usb 2.0 ports to work with win98se. So I was going to try to get the onboard 1.1 ports working and bought some external connectors however I can figure out the wiring.

The connections I have has 9 wires
2 black 1 orange 1 red 1 yellow 1 blue 1 white 1 brown.

the mainboard pis are as numbered.
1 vreg_fp_usbpwr0 front panel power
2 vreg_fp_usbpwr0 front panel power
3 usb_fp_0- usb port 0 neg signal
4 usb_fp_1- usb port 1 neg signal
5 usb_fp_0+usbport 0 pos
6 usb_fp_1+ usb port 1 pos
7 ground
8 ground
9 not used
10 usb_fpoc0 overcurrent signal

basically i need to know what wires go where? or if anyone has a link that can explain or even a site that has wires already made for my board. Or if you have suggestions on getting my other ports working correctly that would be great as well.

Have you checked to see they are enabled in the BIOS? I have overlooked that before.

Also will 98se support 2.0 USB, or will it matter what OS your using?I mean will the USB drivers be the same?

Looks like a nice USB place

it was my own stupidity got the other ports working fine I had a pci video card in slot one wich is a no no with this board and the usb 2.0 ports. I'll try wiring the 1.1 ports just for the hell of it plus you can never have too many usb ports

Telexen thanx for the link but i already have the maual and it doen't give color codes for wirring the ports it just gives the info i posted
