500W Power supply "which is good?"

hey i need a 500W power supply for my new computer i am building. Could you all please give me some imput on what you all like. I need someting that will be reliable!!!!!!!

antec enermax raidmax are all good but alittle on the costly side . i have used them all and they have been good . well had to rma a tru550 once , but i got it back fast i have to say . but i have been using this brand power supply of late and they have worked well for me . also newegg has allied power supplies that alot of people speak highly .

also if you have an amd cpu MAKE SURE you get a power supply that had DUAL fans . amd recomends that u use that type of power supply . the second fan in is the bottom of the power supply , it sit rightover top of the cpu in most cases you can get today , and help pull air off the cpu .
