Started Morrowind Guide

I got bored this afternoon so i started writing a beginners Morrowind Walkthrough guide. Only couple hours work so its really short so far but figured someone might want to check it out
Note that it was made with Morrowind for Xbox so I'm not sure how concurrent it is with the PC version.

Hey thats not bad, although if your planing to do this for the whole game in that much detail then its going to take a while.

Also, how'd you take screen shots of the xbox?

I have a Winfast 2000 XP Deluxe TV Tuner card. I have the xbox hooked up to s-video and sound cards input. I just use the screenshot button on the remote control and edit it with photoshop.

Ya, doing that for the whole game would prove damn near impossible. I'll prolly add a few other strategies I've devised as I play along with my new character. Most of the guides (ESPECIALLY the offical strategy book) I've seen seemed very vague to me, so I decided to take a highly photographic approach.

ok cool sounds good.

That card takes pretty good still shots too

you may want to change the colour of the clicked links though, IMO its kinda dark.

k, I noticed that b4 but when I writing I didnt focus too much on the website, hence how basic it is.

The still shots are pretty nice, especially considering the file size. It takes .bmps that are 900K, then in photoshop i reduce the image size to whatever I want it to me (normally 320x240) and then use the Optimize to file size command, works pretty nice.

Thx for the input

I know this doesn't really fit the forum/thread topic but I've got a website question.

http://Morrowindcashfaq.tripod.com/Fighters1.htm
How do I make it so that I can have links at the top of the page, for tasks 1 through 6 that when clicked will jump to that certain point on the same page?

here is a page on the effect u r looking for.. it is called a Anchor Tag

http://createafreewebsite.net/html_t...tag_intra.html

in short when u make you your link.. you make it look like so

Code:
<a href="#section1">Section1</a>
then u go down to where u want it to jump to and add the tag

Code:
<a name="section1"></a>
by doing this the anchor will remain hidden.. but the page will jump to where it is placed on the page..

Would anyone with Morrowind mind helping "proofread" this page?

Its a concept that makes easy sense to me so its kind of hard to tell if my explination actually explains it well enough for people to understand.

Thx alot, PM or reply to the thread if you have any suggestions/comments.
