I said that awhile back too, I said that out of a hunch because I was playing the GTA that Rockstar released as a freebie, and noticed that all the games that were coming out in 3d was Liberty City, Vice City, and then San Andreas would be probable.

I think its just speculation coz, if my memory serves me right, then the provinces in GTA I were Liberty City, Vice City, and San Andreas (or was that GTA II??)

i dont get it. what is the significance of San andreas? i though liberty city was like new york, vice city like miami and i dunno what this san andreas is?

PS2 only for a while, or will it hit PC and PS2 at the same time...I hate Rockstar for that with GTA3 and GTA VC

I believe San Andreas is supposed to be San Francisco.

I agree, it takes almost a year for the PS2 port to the PC and guess what!? There's NO technological improvement over the PS2 port.

IMO i dont think "san adreas" would be much of a change, really just a mix of the miami and ny.

I think they need to create a virtual city instead of basing it on cities now. It'd be awesome to have this HUGE city just to roam around and MANY missions... as GTA3 was too little, I still have to get VC but it's still too rich for my blood, as is Rise of Nations.
