Install 2k first onto a different partition, XP will be unable to boot.
Then install 2k3 on another partition, that should restore XP to a functional state.
I don't know about exchange at all, if its a standalone OS, then install it before 2k3. If not, just set it up on the platform of your choice.
You will be given a boot menu at the end of it that will let you choose between XP, 2k server, and 2k3 server.
Good luck.

VMWare may also be something that would help you. As I understand it, you could install each one in a separate area, then run all three at the same time on this one machine. That way you get the full interaction between installations.

Exchange is an e-mail server program, not an OS.

I'm assuming you only have one system.

I always go by installing the oldest OS first (2k Svr), then the next oldest (XP Pro), then the newest (2k3 Svr).

You can install Exchange on 2k Svr or 2k3 Svr.

Good luck on the MCSE.
