BIOS SETTINGS

Hey someone give me a slap if I'm being a pain in the @ss cause I'm posting again. Okay here goes I have one of those infamous a K7s5A boards 300 watt power supply running windows 98 se and have 256 mb of PC2100 Ram and the most recent BIOS upgrade for this board. What I was interested in was this.....in the BIOS there are various options re. the RAM settings

1) DRAM Timing Congig options Safe/norma/Fast/Ultra
2) SDR/DDR CAS LAT options SPD/2T/2.5T/3T
3) SDR/DDR ACT TIME options 6T/7T/5T/4T
4) SDR/DDR Precharge options 4T/3T/2T

How should I set this up for the best performance.

Anyone ant idea re. below.

CLK Gen Spread Spectrum can anyone tell me what this means??

DRAM Driver Slew Rating ??????

what kind of ram do you have? If its a good kind then set the DRAM Timing Config to FAST. If its really good like corsair or geil then set it to ULTRA.

The modules are manufactured by A-DATA. They use their own wafer and use Hynix chips. Is this a good module

By the way I appear to have clocked the processor it now thinks that its an xp2200 + is it safe to let it sit at this speed???

Can I ask a really silly question here??
Is the frontside Bus the same as the external bus. I ran 3d mark 2001 on my system and it said I had an external bus speed of 66mhz my chip has a front side bus of 266 mhz my BIOS settings at the moment were 133/133 which I have been informed are my frontside bus speed/memory speed how can this be if my front bus speed is 266mhz........Im never getting this.
If the external bus speed is correct can I speed it up or perhaps 133 is really the extrnal bus speed.................
