Power supply Questions

I am in the market for a new power supply.(Gunna get a FX5600). And Wondering what is the best psu for around 60 bucks. At least 400watts.
I found some 500watt Power magic psu for cheap how good are they?

review of blue raidmax (i think) 400w power supply pops up in this sites links to products bar at the top - think that goes for about 65 bucks

oh and i would avoid fx5600 if i were you

Could you please be more specific on your opinion of this.


I personally like the Antecs PSU's. I have never gone wrong with one of thier psu. little bit higher in price but well worth it IMO.

also not sure if you will really want the fx5600 might be better off with a ti card or a 9500 for about the same price or less

The 9600 over the 5600 , the 5600 is a sad nvidia failure. too loud, and too underperforming.

But the new 5900, thats a whole different beast, I'd take the 5900 over the 9600, or the 9700 or even the 9800.
