Booting problems with MA401
I am using MA401 Netgear PC card on my Windows 95 (sorry still the older OS) laptop, working with a MR814 router.
Running into booting problems when the MA401 is in slot. I see in Task Manager top of process list "VSSTAT" or sometimes "VSMON".
The problem seems to go away when I unplug the card (not uninstall the SW). After that the network access works fine.
This booting problem is happening quite consistently and it's quite a pain.
Any clues?
Do "VSSTAT" or "VSMON" have to do with McAfee VShield software I have on the laptop, and there are some conflicts between McAfee and Netgear drivers?
Thanks for any help you can give.
