hmm...we`ll begin a war if we start by saying which card is better.

...IMO, the 5900Ultra will be an awesome card, and benchmarks showed that its faster than the 9800.

Linky for ya to verify this info.

I just want a card that will last awhile, so i don't have to upgrade for a few years like my geforce3 ti200 has done to me..

My gf3 ti200 can still play anything i throw at it, but i want a bigger and better card later on...

well I have to same issue. I still have my G3ti200. And it`s an amazing card!

Though I'll receive my LCD tomorrow and I don`t have DVI on this one so I have to get another card!

EVGA is not a bad company at all. Though the only thing that I`m worried abou this card is that it sticks too much to the original reference design so the performance will not good like others 5900Ultra.

Anyway we'll see what happen.

video card market now its incredible! I really don`t like benchmarks that much becasue I can`t really understand how 4FPS are going to change you gaming!

plus...Nvidia said that the next generation of Cards are on the way already! NV36, NV 40...

How is it possible...??? GIVE US SOME TIME!

PCBs (together with GPUs) for all FX5900 (at least the "Ultra") cards are being supplied to ALL vendors by nVIDIA itself. Same went with FX5800.

Reference design=good (pretty much all the time )
