Is this year gonna be the biggest for PC Gaming?

I think it is. The sheer amount of amazing games that are coming out this year is enough to get PC Gamers excited.
Lots Sequels of classics are coming out which is enough to get any old-skool gamer excited.
I, for one, am totally looking forward to a whole bunch of games... something which I wasn't doing any other year.
*Doom III : This game needs no introduction... its already made huge headlines.
*Half-Life 2: Yet another game that is sure to be come a cult classic
*One Must Fall : Battlegrounds : I CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS ONE... I spent a lot of time on OMF 2097 and I'm positive this is going to revolutionize the PC fighting genre as we know it. (Preorder this baby from Amazon.com for ONLY $37.99!!!)
*Prince Of Persia : Sands of time : FINALLY a worthy follow up to a classic series. POP3D was 100% crap.. absolutely horrible. This one is going to be a doozy, I could put my money on it.
*Full Throttle : Hell On Wheels : Ben is back, this time in 3D!! I was a huge fan of adventure games back in the day, but I haven't played one in a very long time... I'm hoping this one will bring me back.
*Unreal Tournament 2004 : The sequel promises vehicular combat and voice chat(something that I think is very cool).... can't wait.
*HALO : Combat Evolved : I've only heard good things about this game, although I've never played it.. can't wait for the PC version!

Did I miss anything?

It's more than just seqels. Lots of games are comingout that promise to blow you away. However, if there's one sequel that I hope comes out this year, it's Starcraft II. I hope Blizzard pulls a Valve and announces Starcraft II has been in development.

Yeah I did forget Jedi Knight III... apologies
This year was sorta drab for PC Gaming.... nothing real big except a couple here and there.

I dunno

But just for the record...aside the multiplayer, Halo is almost the dumbest game I've ever played...right infront of Half Life...

I'm sorry but I have to ask this.
What are you smoking?
Halo is very good normal game, and the multi player is absoultly unbeatable. With internet, normal system link, hacking of the game. (http://www.dextrose.com/home.php?s=2&m=1&ng=&p=#n_839 )

you have not lived untill you have played superjump/fallguy/rockets/Sidewinder/200% health
that is all.
