Potential Upgrade; Opinions Needed

Here is my current CPU specs:

• MSI (MS-6380) K7T266 PRO R (onboard raid 0,1,0-1)
• AMD ATHLON XP 2100+ (Palamino, AMD hsf)
• 768 MB DDR PC-2100 (1-512MB SIMPLE-TECH {pny}/256MB SAMSUNG
• ATI RADEON 7000 32MB DDR AGP 4X
• 1.44 Mitsumi Floppy Drive
• 2 QTY- MAXTOR 40GB 7200 ATA133 (to Mobo IDE controllers)
• CREATIVE 52X CD-ROM
• SAMSUNG 52x24x52 CD-RW
• D-LINK RT8139 ETHERNET ADAPTER
• DIAMOND MX-300 SOUND CARD (I know--old, but good)
  
  

ok, here is what I want to do and along with it is a few questions.

I want to add the following:

• Chieftec Server Chasis (aluimum with acrylic view panel; 450W AMD approved PS]
• GIGABYTE GA-7N400 PRO or MSI K7N2-ILSR
• ATI RADEON 7500 64 MB DDR DUAL HEAD GRAPHICS ADAPTER (I want to run two monitors; allot of my writing and studying would be so much easier with multiple monitors
  

Lastly, here are a few questions:

• Can I continue to use my current RAM (see above for details) with this new board; at least for the time being?
• Of the two MOBO's that I listed, which one would you use and why?

yeah current ram will work with eitehr. as for which mobo to choose, jsut get which ever manufacturer u prefer. they are both excellent mobos and there is basically no difference between the two. if one has moer of the features u want, then get that. and u also might wanna get a better video card in case u wanna do some gaming or something.
