ive seen VU meter mods the kind that have stereo LEDs that bounce to music

i know there are kits for this but i want to make my own......also if noone knows how to do this is there a way i can i use some sort of timer chip to make like a line of LEDs that pulse showing a "heart beat". anyone know anything about either one?

The German syntax is a bit confusing [they don't arrange sentences like we do].
Me, I would have used National's LM3915.

that site isjust too hard to read and i dont want to fry anything does anyone know where i can find some instructions for that in english.

Heres a good site that shows how to make a 2x15 stereo LED VU meter to put on a 5.25 Faceplate for your comp... has links for where to buy the kit and whatever else you need

thats cool..but its just a kit. i liked the kits from Bsquared better...i wanted to do it on my own without the kit.

i also need a molex conecor kit for this thing anyone know where i can get just one. i found a site that had them but they sold them 400 at a time
