I think it's best just to leave your multiplier alone...by unlocking a bridge you can leave the CPU damaged or unstable.

Unlocking a XP1500 on a 8KHA+ motherboard. I currently have it runnning at a XP1700 by adjusting the clock speed to 140.

To answer your question..... Yes that looks like a pretty decent kit.
There are many others but most work well if done correctly and slowly.
