anyone know how to compress a website

maybe size down that pic on top. (or completely change it)


and get a different host?

oh yah looking at the source. are you using frontpage to make the page? if so i would use a different program or learn html, because FP adds so much code that is not needed

well is ther any way of making frontpage pages smaller ?i seen some but they will advertise the link and name at the bottom of the page

Maybe compress your pics more, JPEG is a lossy format, but can have really good compression rates without losing much quality (half the time its barely noticable)
If you want to make your pages smaller, just cut out all the comments and tags you don't need.
