At Home need some suggestions

Hey all,

My dad wants me to build him a new computer; he doesn't need anything too fancy or with too much power; mainly for office apps and such. Would like to keep the price to around 600-700 bucks. He'd like a P4 system; any suggestions of mobos and other items? Thanks!
