FSB Setting
I recently built a computer with close to the same specs and had a similar problem. What I figured out was that there was a typo in my MoBo manual which caused me to have my clock settings and whatever else wrong. Once I corrected that, it worked perfectly. It probablt isn't related but it might be worth a look.
