Zero Display Service Error?

AMD Athlon(TM) XP 2100+
RADEON 7500

I've been having the same OpenGL problems that other people here have had, so I decided to update my video card drivers to fix it. I uninstalled the old drivers, and everything went ok. But when I went about installing the new drivers, I was given an error saying "Zero Display Service Error". The rest of the installation seems to take place, but does anyone out there know what this error means?

Try turning off "Fast Writes" in the BIOS. However, if everything seems to be working fine then why bother. I have noticed on other boards that other people are having the same error but no one has any solution and they are also experiencing other issues with their ATI cards.
