need help to fly

HELP!!! how do you fly??? I can levitate but never more than an inch off the ground. I need to get up to Divayth Fyr but I can't fly no matter wheather I drink a potion or do a spell. is there something on the keyboard that makes me fly?

find the Corprusarium that Dr. Divayth Fyr runs. He will give you a Dwemer artifact to give to the Dr. as a gift and 1,000 drakes to buy potions. (You will need potions of rising force to
complete this quest. I bought mine from Nclarya in Balmora

thanks but I have flying boots as well as rising force potions but it only gets me a centimetre off the ground tops.. Is there a special trick to it or am I suppose to just take the potion and start to rise??

I think you have to look straight up then press foward to rise.

Neo's right, looking up or down changes elevation, left/right forward/backward moves like normal

thanks guys for all the input but really I think I am not suppose to fly. I tried the rising force then looked up (so I could still see a building or something so I could tell if I was going up and nothing happen. I actually have trouble going up stairs

I even gave a donation to the "stop the moon shrine" of rising force potion, This gave me levitation for 100points but I still didn't rise.

I've just been using Toadhop instead.

something doesn't sound right.. make sure u don't have any curses on your character..

while i was wandering round and beating heads i managed to kill off this mage and got a staff that gives me 1point levitate for 120 secs. Have to say it has come in mighty handy. Will see if I can remember where i found it when i reinstall morrowind some time soon.

Whould highly reccommend wandering down every mine, shrine, tomb etc you can find. Bring some weapons that can kill undead or magical creatures though and some restore health and magic potions till you get strong enough to do it without.
