Antec true 380W or Foxconn 450W?

I'm thinking of getting a quality case for my next comp and debating b/w the Chieftec with Foxconn 450 or Antec Sonata with True380W. Suggestions/comparisons?

both are good...the foxconn's get good reviews across the board and antec has always been one of the more dependable brands.

the deciding factors as to chich to buy would be what your power requirements are (cpu, # of case fans, etc) and price...

What about the noise level? Reviews I've read all say the antec is pretty quiet, but no mention of the Foxconn.

Right now I'm only going to put a 2000+/ECS board in it, with the standard 2 harddrives, either the Volcano 7 or 7+, CDRW, DVDRW, a couple of fans. I was thinking down the line, I'd like to get an NForce2 board and maybe the barton 2500 and OC it.

I have 5 different Antecs, one of them being a true 330 and a true 480.
For a daul fan PS they are quiet, my 4000 cpu fan far surpasses the sound of the PS.
I recommend the Antec's.

I've got a Antec True430. It has dual-fans and is quiet. Its not right next to my head, but it doesn't make anymore noise than the PS that came with my dell 8100.
